Stephanie helped us find a house in FL. We were living in GA. We couldn’t travel to check out the houses, but she went to many houses for us, took videos with a walkthroughs, sent us detailed reports and eliminated some houses for us as soon as she saw red flags. She looked for safe areas and within those, safe neighbourhoods before putting any house on our list. I genuinely appreciated that she treated it as someone’s future home, and not just a house to sell/buy.
