Steven Ferrell

Originally from a small Louisiana town, I've called Florida home for the past decade. Nestled in Wesley Chapel, my wife and I are raising three energetic young children who keep our lives full of adventure. In my professional journey, I've embraced a variety of roles, each contributing a diverse skill set that I bring to the world of real estate. I proudly served in the military, where I learned the value of discipline, dedication, and teamwork. As a firefighter and 911 operator, I discovered the importance of quick thinking, communication, and maintaining a cool head in high-pressure situations. Transitioning into the corporate world, I took on roles as a senior logistics manager for Amazon and Walmart, where I built my business acumen and organizational skills. My true passion is helping others, and real estate serves as the ideal platform for me to channel that passion. I understand the significance of finding the right place to call home and the intricacies of making sound investments.
