Steve was awesome to work with! He made finding and buying my very first home a breeze. He is honest, trustworthy, and responsive, and knows this business inside and out. He was very patient with me as I asked many questions, having never done this before, and also patient while I looked and looked for just the right house for me. He has an excellent grasp on what to look for in a home, and what to steer clear of, and everything in between. He also helped me find the right neighborhood, since I was coming from out of town and was not familiar to know one neighborhood from another. I wasn't really positioned to compete financially in this market (i.e. offer more than ask), but he has a few strategies up his sleeve, and crafted an offer that was yummy enough to be accepted! He was also available on short notice when needed, and he had a team of pros that handled the rest of the buying process seamlessly so that I almost didn't have to lift a finger.
