I am a first time condo buyer - my husband has bought in the past - so it was a little overwhelming to me - Susan navigated so many aspects of the process. We were able to close early due to her diligence. I am a licensed insurance agent and deal with the public all of the time and know when someone goes above and beyond without any issues at all. Completely satisfied and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

we did not select the broker but i definitely would use susan again. She is the best broker, kind, considerate, professional and went out of her way even with a category 5 hurricane on the way!!!!!!

All aspects was above and beyond amazing. I’d like to touch on trustworthiness. We had a credit coming back to us after closing. Both my wife and I had forgotten about it, but Susan reminded us. It wasn’t a small amount. If that’s not trustworthy I don’t know what is.

Susan was just wonderful, always available for assistance of any kind and real professional. I am lucky to have had her as my agent and I appreciate her work. Susan is the top.

Susan has been our broker through many transactions. We not only consider her the best in the area, we consider her a friend, She went above and beyond what would normally be expected after the death of our son and the need to sell our condo in which he lived. Susan Summers always kept us well-informed throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was able to negotiate a better price, even when the offer was lower than expected. Her advice and expertise gave us such comfort and we totally relied on her to lead us through the steps. Susan has a network of experts to help ensure that everything moves smoothly and quickly to complete the sale as well. Her management and organizational skills took much of the stress off us and even allowed us to focus on moving into another house at the same time. Susan was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our sale had several complicated factors, but Susan anticipated any issues we may have faced and helped worked through things with relatively few problems. She went above and beyond expectations in many areas. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Daytona area.

Susan was most helpful. We came back to Daytona from NC for the closing and needed to pay the roofer and get some papers singed. We also had a medical appointment so Susan volunteered to deliver the check to the roof and get the papers signed. She is an honest person who eally enjoys helping her clients!

Susan and Laura are wonderful to deal with. They returned calls texts and emails quickly and provided the answers I was looking for to get the property sold. They had great contacts for repairs and and services that I needed to complete on the property
I am an out of state seller and the provided excellent support for me. The marketing plan was the right plan to sell the house and the sale price was what I was looking for to handle my obligations

We were long distance sellers. Susan and team helped us find painters, handyman, etc. They did constant drive by to give us updates on the condition of the property. We had an issue with the tenant and they were very helpful in communication and recommendations. Susan made us feel like this was the only property she was interested and managing. I am truly appreciative of the assistance and sale. While I doubt I will buy or sell again i the area, I would certainly love to say hello to both Susan and Laura and consider them friends.
