I had inherited a property in a small rural community after the death of my parents. I had never dealt with anything like buying or selling a home. Tammy had handled the sale to my parents and they raved about her so I thought 'Who better to sell it again?'
I dreaded how long this was going to take. The property is in a VERY small community. I thought it would take MONTHS...Tammy sold it two hours after officially listing it. The poor gal didn't even have enough time to stick a sign in the yard.
She walked me step by step through the process and advised me on what needed to be done. If you're a first time buyer then I highly recommend you talk to Tammy. Painless and easy, the way it should be. I love this woman.
