Tanya was very friendly and professional.I had an out of state closing and Tanya kept me well informed on everything. She sent me promptly sent me paperwork, called me when needed and kept in contact with the buyers agent.
We listed the property and within 2 days had 13 offers. Tanya handled the offers very well. Discussed the pros and cons of each offer.We had a seamless closing in only 2 weeks. Without Tanya’s knowledge things would not have went so smoothly. She made sure all the T’s were crossed and the I’s dotted. It was a pleasure working with her.
