“Boris was fantastic from start to finish of my purchase. He offered consistent and realistic advice, helped me narrow down my area and other criteria and, crucially, was there when I needed guidance and support at a critical stage of negotiations. Without Boris's experience and tenacity I would have felt completely at sea. I would absolutely recommend Boris to anyone considering a sale or purchase in the area; his expertise is second to none.”

“After speaking with Tyrone, it's clear he possesses the experience, expertise, local market knowledge and professionalism I was looking for in a realtor. Throughout the entire home buying process he patiently listened to me and quickly understood what my needs were in terms of amenities, community, location, proximity to work, and convenient access to shopping, dining entertainment, etc. And when it came to preparing and presenting our offer, it was collaborative because he valued my input! He had the foresight to establish rapport and an open line of communication with the listing agent early on in the negotiation phase, which helped tremendously! Aside from being a top tier real estate professional, Tyrone is good people...he's an honest guy and his integrity is beyond reproach!!! I recommend him highly, without reservation.”

“Our agent Brenda Burrell really came through for us when it came to buying our dream house. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed, especially since this was our first experience buying a house. What really stood out to me was her dedication to keeping us on track by sending reminders for every little detail and paying attention to even the smallest things. She truly went the extra mile to get the job done, and for that, we are truly grateful. Thank you so much, Miss Brenda. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate you more than words can express.”
