Tracy was amazing to work with and helped us find an amazing new home. She took time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a property, giving opinions when needed but never pushing us. She knows Hinsdale extremely well and was able to provide insight about local knowledge we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Tracy knew our requirements so well she was able to pinpoint a house we loved as soon as it was available and made sure we were able to make a competitive and timely offer. Tracy came highly recommended from Kendall Griffin with a very keen eye for finding the right location for me and adding a little flavor to my home with her background with interior designing.

Tracy displayed many positive traits and attributes that every person should experience when purchasing a home. I felt comfortable with her and felt I received her honest and professional opinion with every home we saw. Tracy was always proactive and communicated extremely effectively with me every step of the way. From our initial sit down to the closing of the home.

As a first time home owner Tracy made the process very smooth and easy. Her sense of knowledge and expertise made the home buying process as simplistic as possible in times of excitement and nervousness.

Tracy Anderson is the consummate professional in all aspects of real estate. From the start with her staging skills, target marketing with outstanding brochures.. which were more like coffee table books, brokers tours and being available for EVERY showing!!

She went the extra mile on every scope and detail that this sale brought to us as the seller.... but the buyer as well!! If you want it done right and smoothly, she's your girl!!
