Vanessa Allen

I am a Florida Native and former co/owner of a successful service-related business with multiple locations in the North East Florida region. I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase of new and existing homes in Duval and Nassau Counties as well as the surrounding areas including the Beaches, Intercoastal, Historic Districts, and St John's County.

Prior to real estate, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management and worked extensively in marketing, business-to-business sales, and public relations for companies such as IBM Corporation, as well as over-seeing marketing and negotiations for service related companies in North East Florida.

As a multi-million dollar producer with many years of real estate experience, I am equipped with extensive knowledge of local areas as well as the skills needed to successfully negotiate on your behalf.
