Veronique Taylor

I began my real estate career in 2007, right as the market began taking a downward turn. Although I specialized in dealing with foreclosures and short sales during the difficult market, I have experience with all types of residential properties, from new construction to fixer-uppers to move-in ready resale homes. Over the years, I have worked with many first-time homebuyers, local and foreign investors, and individuals looking to sell their homes to downsize or move up to a larger home here in the Atlanta area.

Whether buying or selling a home, I believe one of the most important aspects of a smooth real estate transaction is good communication. I am very committed to each and every one of my clients, making their needs and concerns my number one priority, and striving to be as available as possible to them. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding their specific real estate needs so I can assist them in the best possible way.

I am a lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Top Producers and have completed training to become a Certified Negotiation Expert.
