Victoria had a way of demonstrating expertise and familiarity while still keeping things extremely simple for me. I didn't have to worry about the details. But, if I had questions and wanted to delve in she was more than happy to. She always responded to messages in a timely manner with the complete and well thought out answer. This was a lower value land only sale that ended up having a couple of rather unique hurdles. She just solved and negotiated things SO QUICKLY without me having to be concerned about it at all. She's a great agent.
