Victoria had a way of demonstrating expertise and familiarity while still keeping things extremely simple for me. I didn't have to worry about the details. But, if I had questions and wanted to delve in she was more than happy to. She always responded to messages in a timely manner with the complete and well thought out answer. This was a lower value land only sale that ended up having a couple of rather unique hurdles. She just solved and negotiated things SO QUICKLY without me having to be concerned about it at all. She's a great agent.

Victoria Lewis is the best and sweetest realtor! She was very sweet and open! She helped us every step of the way and explained e anything and everything to us(first time sellers). I would recommend her 1000 times over!!

Victoria went above and beyond with our purchase. I’m a first time homeowner so I had a lot of questions; she had answers for all of them... any time of day. As a first time buyer I thought it would all be scary and overwhelming but Victoria made the whole thing a smooth ride. Victoria Lewis is an excellent realtor and her professionalism and integrity were reflected through every interaction we had. In my opinion, choosing a realtor is not a decision to take lightly and I’m so glad I chose Victoria. It brought me a sense of security having Victoria Lewis as my realtor. I had three other realtors before Victoria. They wouldn't email back. Would make me feel like a burden if I wanted to look at properties. They couldn't even explain basic home buying information. Then I met Victoria and she set the gold standard for how clients should be treated. She was always helpful even when I would have questions at the oddest times. She helped me negotiate on several properties that didn't quite work out, and she was always happy and positive. I am probably considered a needy client and Victoria far exceeded my expectations. I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a home and will use her again without question.

Our relationship with Victoria Lewis began in 2017 when we contacted her about selling our home. Victoria was professional, poised and confident. She was also down to earth, easy to talk with and understand. During our first meeting, she directed us on what was needed to make our home ready to put on the market. Victoria also provided us with several references and I thoroughly checked each one. Everyone I spoke to sang her praises. I was sold.
In my observation of Victoria Lewis and her work ethic, I've found her to have sales experience and knowledge of the real estate business and a fierce commitment to serve and please her clients. She's friendly, courteous and easy to approach. She has excellent communication skills and is a persuasive negotiator. Victoria replies to calls and texts in a timely manner. She makes herself accessible to her clients. She's a responsible and serious minded individual with high aspirations. She has a great sense of humor, too.
As is with most other families, we have our own set of special needs and circumstances, which Victoria was sensitive to during the entire process. She was understanding, patient and genuinely caring. Victoria was respectful and made us feel like we were her most important clients.
After selling our home, Victoria found us a home to lease while we looked for a home to buy. She guided us through the process and provided us with the same high standard of service in buying a home as she did in selling our previous home. Victoria is awesome! My whole family has found a home, sold a home (or both) with her and she is part of the family now! Patience and accessibility were super important to me and Victoria never let me down!

Mrs. Victoria Lewis is a very professional realtor. She takes pride in her work. If she tells you she will call you back, and you can rest assured that she will call or text to let you know what's going on.
She's very considerate of your concerns and your time availability.
I definitely would recommend her to other people who needs help, buying or selling their properties.

Owner living out of state, with family members in the residence created several issues. Victoria was a GREAT asset in handling information flow between the parties (some very touchie) In addition she was able to assist me after the residence was vacated to insure work was completed as requested....in getting utilities set and I felt very comfortable with her being there.
