She did an extra mile when we had a problem regarding the appraisal. We waited for two weeks with our appraisal, when everyone was thinking that the appraiser was late but she found a way to know the cause of the problem and found out that it was not started in the first place. She found a mean to somehow solve the problem even when the odds are slim. She always made a ff-up on us on what we needed during the process of escrow.

Very approachable and you can be very open to her when it comes to communication. She even responds to our text messages even when it's late in the evening just to hear out our concerns and worries.
