William Horne

William did a great job. Always very prompt and paid attention to our needs. Several times, at the last minute he would set up a viewing for us. The house we ended up purchasing we called William and said we have 1 hour before we have to head to the airport and could he set up a viewing. He did and we ended up DocuSign the offer going down the runway.

Only sorry that I was not able to give Will more stars. He is very interested in doing the best he can for his customers and very committed to helping. I would and have recommended him to family and friends. Even when I was out of town and called after business hours he still answered and or returned calls.

Will has been a wonderful realtor from the start! We met by accident while looking at an open house, and he immediately took the initiative to begin showing us other homes in the area as soon as the open house finished. He always made himself available to show us homes when he could and did a wonderful job selecting homes for us that checked all our boxes! He advocated for us when writing our contracts up and made sure we gotthe best deal possible on our new home. Things have been super stressful moving from Louisiana to Florida in a short time frame, but Will did a great job easing the stress of finding a new home. Once all was said and done, he even surprised with a beautiful house warming present that even included a prize for our almost 2 yr old daughter. He was also wonderful with her when we were trying to look at homes. Being an extra pair of eyes and hands, keeping her entertained and from getting into things she shouldn't while we looked at the homes! Overall a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend him as a realtor if you are in need of one!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my work and family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home in St Petersburg Florida. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found William Horne. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust and that was knowledgeable about not just the real estate market but the financing side of things as well.

Throughout the past several months, William has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
