My family and I were planning a cross country move when we came across Matt and he was amazing from the get go. I’m a planner so I had a lot of things I wanted to be ready and set up before flying over to look at the houses. When I finally planned my 2 day trip here Matt was very accommodating and worked tirelessly to get me every house I listed I wanted to see. I couldn’t ask for more from Matt as a realtor. I moved from coast to coast and started working with Matt from west coast while he was in Florida. Just talking to him over the phone made me realize this was the man for the job. Matt had tremendous knowledge in the real estate business as he guided me through a simultaneous close on selling and buying a new house on the same day. Matt’s local knowledge made the move so much easier with finding the right contacts to repair the house and get insurance for the close. Matt also worked flawlessly with my wife to have 20 viewings booked for 2 days was and ready with an itinerary to make the house hunting fast and efficient.
