I just bought a House sold by Willy and I have to admit it was really impressive how he dealt with the whole processes and his knowledge of the area. He is really sophisticated and efficient regarding the processes and the paperwork. Paper and contract traffic was done online and relatively quickly. He showed to know the area, and explained me the real cons and pros of the neighborhood. He's appropriate and professional guidence made my decision easier than I expected. Overall, I highly recommend Willy

When at first met Willy I was impressed with his professionalism, expertise and knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, He instantly understood what I need and also made valuable suggestions that I hadn't thought about it. Willy helped me find the perfect apartment and was great throughout the whole process. I was new to the area and not sure how to navigate the hectic rental market in South Beach. He set up appointments that all fit the criteria I was looking for in a place. After two visits I had seen the exact place I wanted and Willy helped me get it for the price I wanted. Couldn't have asked for/found a better agent!

I totally recommend Willy, not only for his expertise in the area but also for his instant commitment and quick response each time I contacted him. He called me back the same day and the next we where already checking apartments. The fact that he uses modern online paperwork facilitates and expedites processes which normally take more time.

Willy was simply excellent throughout the whole process. Our transaction was from a different country so it added to the complexity of the transaction. Willy was very rapid in responding to our requests which allowed us to buy the house we were looking for (good deals go fast as you know). He simplified the whole process, almost all the transactions were done via e-mails and money transfers, very much appreciated for long distance transactions.
