We came to Jon with a difficult task and he knocked it out of the park! We were under a tight timeline and Jon sat with us in our kitchen and walked through all the available options, his suggestions, and what we needed to do to be prepared. He and his team communicated very well start to finish and it kind of made the home selling process feel easy. Definitely recommend you give him a call!

Jon was outstanding in every aspect of selling our mother's 60-year old family home in Warrenton, Va. From our first meeting, Jon explained his experience, strategy, fees, etc and I was convinced he was the right agent to represent us. He was professional, courteous, and prompt throughout. He gave excellent advice and brought in a professional interior designer to help with staging. We had a clean contract offer over list price in just 3 days on MLS. Jon was very helpful and accommodating in resolving a few issues identified during inspections, including referrals for experienced service providers and brought us to the finish line in very short time frame. We are very grateful for all of his help and consider him a family friend now.
