My wife and I had one week to find a home in the DMV and get under contract while coordinating a military move from out of state. Walking in, it felt like an almost impossible goal, but Sean Rotbart made it happen.

Collin Horn showed us homes on the first day and got things off to a strong start, and Sean took over from there, guiding us through the rest of the process. What stood out most was how much effort Sean put in that week. He worked long days, started early, stayed late, and covered as much ground as possible to make sure we did not miss the right house.

That effort did not stop once we were under contract. Sean stayed engaged through every milestone that followed, helping us think through strategy at each step and working through a Tidewater appraisal issue that came up mid-transaction without ever letting it stall the deal.
