I would highly recommend Yvette Hitchens to anyone who is looking or thinking about purchasing a home. I wasn't sure if I could afford to buy a propery, but after I met with Yvette and she connected me to a fabulous lender, I was able to start the loan approval process. Within weeks, I had a preapproval letter, and I was ready to shop. Once escrow opened, I was nervous and anxious, but no matter what, Yvette walked me through each step. Sometimes I asked the same questions twice, and Yvette was patient and still answered the questions. I really apreciated her professonalism, attention to details, and work ethic. She is the hardest working agent I know!
