Inventory in Del Norte County has edged up recently, with 137 active listings in June, a slight increase from May. New listings, however, declined sharply month over month, suggesting fewer fresh options are coming to market. Even with limited new supply, contract activity picked up notably, with 29 homes sold and 29 pending sales in June after much lower levels earlier in the spring.
Homes are moving a bit slower than a month ago, with the median days on market rising to 71, yet that is quicker than some of the longer marketing times seen over the past year. Months of supply has tightened to 3.9, signaling a more balanced backdrop compared with the much higher levels seen in April and May.

Compared with California overall, Del Norte County offers lower prices and a similar level of supply, which may appeal to value-focused buyers.
