We felt Paul Kaplan Group appeals to people who are interested in mid-century design, and would attract those people to our property. Stephanie was given high praise by some friends of ours who had recently bought and sold property with her.

Stephanie was terrific, very proactive in keeping us informed every step of the way, always very responsive to any questions we had. We are extremely pleased with the results she got for us!

Stephanie had a lot of good ideas she made me step outside the box and look at property I didn't think I would look at which I liked a lot. she knew her neighborhoods extremely well and she seem to know exactly where to start on making offers. I like to units equally the same so we made an offer on both to see you came back first it was the smoothest easiest real estate transaction I have ever had . Looking forward to doing business with her again .

We instantly liked Stepahanie when she called us in response to out internet request. She stayed in contact until we visited 3 months later. During the very busy Modernism week she took time to show us homes even though she knew we wouldn't be able to purchase for several months. As it turns out, we made an offer 48 hours before boarding a flight for Europe..but Stephanie went the extra mile covering inspections and the like for us...staying in touch despite a 9 hour time difference. We couldn't be happier with the home, and appreciate Stephanie's support after the sale. Her "peeps" were invaluable resources for someone moving nearly 3000 miles.
