We sold our old home in August '14 in one of the less buyer competitive markets in Sunnyvale. He was/is quite responsive to emails, makes sure he answers our questions up to our satisfaction. He also worked very cohesively with our lender and was very diligent in making sure we closed quickly and within the timing guidelines. Through out the process we noticed that Arapd never let us overbid or overpay. We have only overbid by 7K for both our homes. During our first home buying process we were naive and we had to bid on multiple homes but he never lost patience with us. He is very meticulous in his due diligence and his criteria for home selection for an offer is very high. He would never let us offer on a home that he felt was not upto the mark and would not hold the price in the bad market.

We purchased a 2bed/2bath Condo in Santa Clara a few years back from Arpad (is that a Hungarian name?) and he was fantastic! When went decided to look at several units to view, Arpad showed us around and provided us with lots of details - not only about the units themselves, but also the surrounding area - schools, businesses, freeways. Some of the other agents we've seen just stand around and let their buyers just walk around without offering any advice or help, which I thought was somewhat strange and unprofessional. My wife and I didn't know the first thing about buying property, so it was awesome that he would proactively ask us about our requirements, short term/long term stay, family/schools.
