September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $2,060,500—up 19.1% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,050,000 in Los Angeles for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,058,750 in October.
Fairfax District had 42 new listings and 19 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 44—down 4.35% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
