Inventory in Mid-Wilshire has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up nearly 12% year over year to 157 and months of supply nearly doubling the broader Los Angeles level at 9.5 months. Even with more choices, contract activity shows mixed momentum, as homes sold are down about 25% from a year ago while pending sales are only slightly lower.
Pricing has moved higher despite the softer closed sales count, with the typical home value rising about 15% year over year to roughly $1.8 million.
