Greater Wilshire is seeing more homes coming to market in this rolling three-month window. Active listings are up slightly year over year, and new listings have climbed nearly 30 percent, giving buyers more options than a year ago. Even with that additional inventory, pending sales have edged higher compared with last year, showing that demand is still present.
