“So grateful to have worked with such a knowledgeable & amazing agent that went above & beyond to ensure the purchase of my property was smooth! He remained very profesional the entire time & worked very hard to get me the deal I needed. I would highly recommend his services for anyone buying or selling a property! 10/10!!!”
“Our home was on the market for over a year in a tough location, during an unfavorable market, and amid a complicated family situation. Justin Bonney stepped in after another agent left us hanging, untangled the mess, and guided us through every step with professionalism, honesty, and constant communication. He is a man of character and expertise. Even in one of the most challenging cases, Justin never gave up on us and got us to the finish line. He went above and beyond, handling the behind-the-scenes work we’ll never forget. We not only found our go-to agent but also gained a trusted friend. Highly recommend Justin to anyone who needs someone reliable, resourceful, and committed when it matters most.”
“At our first meeting Gautam had an accurate understanding of my neighborhood and it's surroundings. After walking through the house and the yards he gave a clear assessment of our home's value and the reasons why. He also had an idea of what types of buyers would likely show interest, and how to market our home to them. He had an excellent advertising package in mind. One day after being on the market we received a full-price offer. It fell through, but in line were two more full-price offers. The second potential buyer became the buyer. There were three issues with the property that arose and he handled them all. That was especially helpful as we were already out-of-state. The house sold without further issues. Gotham was easy to work with, and his expertise gave me confidence that things would be well-handled. I recommend Gautam highly, and would recommend him to family and friends.”
“Danny was excellent. I met him 10 Years ago when he helped us purchase our first home and I wouldn't go with anyone else but him. I trust him and his knowledge. We worked together again now in selling my home. Thank you for everything Danny. I highly recommend him :)”
“From start to closing John Olson was on top of all the details. First class pictures of our home, great communication, professional communication in all areas. We would recommend John to handle your transaction as well!”
“Larrae was excellent at communicating with me during the purchase. She took the time to ensure everything was smooth and all my needs were addressed. I loved this experience, would definitely work with Larrae and the company again without hesitation.”
“Amy was a pleasure to work with, I would give her 6 stars out of 5!”
“High level performance from Adam every step of the way. I was skeptical of the house selling fast in this market but Adam helped facilitate a quick sale for more than we were asking.”
“Genaro Duran was above and beyond excellent. It was my first time buying a home and he went the extra mile for my family and I...There are other real estate agents who just wanna get into the house and not care about what you're buying, but he does. Thank you very much. He is the best real estate agent.”
“Adrian was a very wonderful agent. He helped me a lot with the sale of my property. A very helpful and prompt agent. He knew his business. I will use him again. I want to tell everyone out there if you need someone in real estate, pick Adrian - he's the one.”
“Wonderful experience!! They were experienced and professional and prompt!!”
“Chuck was a complete pleasure to work with! We have made a new friend!”
“Quick service and excellent connection to Julie Silva the realtor.”
