I have sold multiple properties over the years but Angelica Gregory was by far the most professional, attentive, and transparent agent that I have had the pleasure to work with. Angelica's availability and personal attention made me feel as if I was her only client. She was always their to calm my anxiety and tell me it would all work out. Angelica Gregory is knowledgeable, experienced and very hardworking. Her assistance with the work we had done to prepare the house for sale and her excellent staging of the house were both crucial to the success of the sale. She was very helpful and accommodating working with me remotely (I live in a different state from where the house we sold is located), taking care of a number of issues for us that would otherwise have required additional trips out to the house. She was patient and always pleasant to work with. I would recommend her highly.

Until my husband and I got serious about selling our house not too long ago, we didn't know Angelica Gregory. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. With a minimal of effort on our part (other than to keep the house presentable) Angelica did the foot work of listing and showing our house - while we were still living in it and packing to move. Very friendly and professional, Angelica knows what she's doing and took care of all the paperwork and communication to make sure everything moved smoothly and timely.
