September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $283,500—up 36.96% over the previous 12 months. South Wilmington had 15 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—up 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
