For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $373,000 in Fort Myers for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $382,000 in May.

Central Fort Myers had 2 new listings and 2 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 2—up 100.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
