Barrett Hester came into my life around March 2024. He reached out to me in a helpful and genuine way, knowing I was interested in looking but not quite ready—unless the right deal came along that I couldn’t pass up. He checked in often and consistently kept me updated on available inventory. Anytime I requested information on a property, he responded promptly and thoroughly.

In March 2025, we closed on a townhouse that checked every box I gave him—great location near our relatives, the right price, and you honestly couldn’t get any closer to the pool! (A pool was important to me.) Barrett has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. He’ll be the first person I reach out to when it’s time to buy or sell in the future.

When we finally got too frustrated searching on Zillow by ourselves (we live 4 hours away from the area we were interested in) I tentatively contacted Barrett Hester, who was the only realtor who had reached out to us who wasn't annoying. Have not regretted it for a minute! He knew our area well and facilitated our search. He handled our difficult closing meticulously, and was always knowledgeable and professional. We asked a lot of him, and he never made us feel like we were asking too much, but made us always feel like a priority. Seriously, he ended up feeling like family. I miss him, now that the sale is complete! Would definitely recommend him!!!!
