I can’t imagine there’s a better agent on Earth than Barrett. We first met him while casually exploring a move from San Diego to Florida, just walked in the office he works at—no pre-approval, probably not looking like serious buyers. Still, he treated us like top-priority clients from day one and always took us at our word. For 2 years, before we were even approved, Barrett stayed committed and worked hard for us the entire time. Within 2 weeks of approval, we bought a home that lined up with the intentions we had been projecting all along—proving we were serious all along. His only “weakness” is that his patience and work ethic are so strong they could be taken advantage of. No doubt in my mind: Barrett is the best. He deserves a medal.
