As I mentioned I used Kevin as my agent when I bought my house in N. Naples He was AWESOME.. So it stands to reason that IF & or when I sold it I would have to reach out to Kevin again!!! He Also was my agent BEFORE my house sold on my new house that I had built! I already recommended Kevin to a childhood friend who will be calling him in a few weeks he told me!! As we were still in South Carolina through most of this process, it was great to have someone like Kevin who always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had to get an extension for the closing as our buyer in SC had to seek other funding after his initial loan was not approved. Kevin quickly took this news to the seller here and the extension was quickly granted.

Kevin Daly was our realtor/broker for both the selling of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. He came highly recommended by my family members and he went above and beyond in accommodating mine and my husband’s unique and often times difficult lifestyles and circumstances during the entire process (we were both on opposites sides of the world during the sale and purchase processes, which was often quite difficult on proper communications).
