Kevin Daly gave us top-notch customer service. He was professional, reliable and kept us informed every step of the way. He left no questions unanswered and made a stressful time much easier.

Kevin was very patient despite the multiple extensions required by this purchase that was contingent upon the sale of another property. He always communicated very well and was easy to reach.

As we were still in South Carolina through most of this process, it was great to have someone like Kevin who always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had to get an extension for the closing as our buyer in SC had to seek other funding after his initial loan was not approved. Kevin quickly took this news to the seller here and the extension was quickly granted.
