For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $374,000 in Hallandale Beach for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $421,000 in May.
Gateway East had 27 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 77—down 6.1% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
The median listing price for homes in Gateway East grew 6.59% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $469,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
