Year-over-year, Downtown Orlando’s rolling three-month numbers point to softer pricing and slower activity. The typical home value is down about 8 percent from last year, while the median list price has fallen more than 12 percent. At the same time, homes are taking longer to sell, with median days on market up roughly 16 percent to about three months.
