Lake Copeland’s rolling three-month snapshot shows a very small pool of listings, with just 5 active homes and only 2 new listings coming to market, down sharply from a year ago. Contract activity has cooled as well, with pending sales down more than 60 percent year over year and only 3 homes sold in the period.
