Center Hill had 20 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in January, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 24—down 29.41% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in February.
The median listing price for homes in Center Hill grew 24.85% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $305,750. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
