Mark went far above and beyond my highest expectations for the sale of my home in Bowie, MD. This was a complex situation; he knew of other professionals (painters, electrician, etc.) who provided necessary work to very high standards, too - it was wonderful and reduced some of the complexity for me but likely added to his realtor role. I found his counsel on what needed to be done to the house in order to command highest possible price for me as seller -- and he was bang on target with all his recommendations!
