For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $298,800 in Nebraska for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $304,050 in May.

Pierce County had 3 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 7—down 12.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 7 active listings, 28.57% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Pierce County fell 10.95% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $174,500. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
