Elko’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 shows mixed year-over-year shifts. Typical home values are down a bit from a year ago, while the median list price is up nearly 12 percent, suggesting sellers are testing higher asking prices. Homes sold have increased more than 20 percent year over year, indicating buyers are still active despite changing prices.
