Inventory in Southwest Syracuse has shifted noticeably in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are up roughly 35% year over year, reaching 16 homes on the market. With months of supply climbing to 7.4, conditions are looser than in Syracuse overall, where supply sits closer to 3.1 months.
