i meet Dylan on a return call from one of his listings i told him up front that my journey on buying a second home was a long one It was almost 8 months. Gotta give him 5 stars out of 5. Im not a easy person and i say what's on my mind no filter. We worked as a team for those 8 months. That was important .He started to point out things that he knew i wouldn't like about areas and certain homes. i could tell he just wasn't showing me anything. I started trusting him. Sure he wanted to sale me a home. All agents do. It was when I realized he wanted me in the right home and the right fit for my family things picked up. He didn't overwhelm me with nonsense listing. i called he answered. ALWAYS!!!! I asked and asked lots of questions. He answered them all. Soon I didn't have to ask the questionz he had the answers before i asked. He paid attention. He was smart. He knew how to communicate Yes Sir I highly recommend Dylan Franca.
