My wife and I met Dylan when 'testing the waters' in purchasing a new home. We gave Dylan a general idea of what we were looking for and started looking at listings that were still occupied by the homeowners. Though the showings were of nice homes we weren't
finding a house that really clicked. With his knowledge of the Conway, SC area and smaller quality builders he asked if we would be interested in new construction. We were and within 2 months we were in our new home! We would strongly recommend Dylan if you are looking for competent, local agent.
