Brian really had his work cut out for him when he agreed to help us. He went above and beyond with everything. Brian was in constant communication at all times. We would meet with us anytime we came into town with our crazy schedule. He held our hand through every step on home ownership making it enjoyable. We have made a nice friend in the process.

​"I first connected with Brian in February of 2024 when I was looking at condos in the Myrtle Beach area. He immediately began hunting for properties that fit my needs perfectly. Over the next couple of years, I made offers on at least three condos that were accepted but ultimately fell through for a variety of reasons—none of which were the fault of Brian or myself. I was ready to make a cash deal contingent on selling my own condo, and the setbacks were incredibly frustrating at times.
