“If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Katelyn Warren. From day one, she was full of life, positive energy, and incredible communication. She answered every single one of our “silly” questions without hesitation and always made us feel like we were her top priority. What really sets her apart? She reached out to us before we were even seriously thinking about buying a home. No other realtor even gave us that opportunity — but Katelyn did. She believed in us before we fully believed in ourselves. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She didn’t just help us buy a house — she built a relationship. We gained more than a home through this journey… we gained a friend for life. If you’re buying or selling in East Tennessee, trust me — Katelyn is the one you want in your corner.”

“Mike is fantastic to work with. He helped us purchase a house 10 years ago when we moved here from out of state. His knowledge of the area enabled him to guide us to an area for our needs and wants. We used him again in 2025 to buy and sell a house. He was so helpful and encouraging with the process of dealing with 2 properties. Always available to answer our questions and dealing with the many questions from the buyers.”
