Dennis Michael "Mike" Garber has served Northeast Tennessee as a Realtor since 2006 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2016. With family roots spanning more than six generations in the Jonesborough, Gray, and Sulphur Springs areas, he brings unmatched local knowledge and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. Mike is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School, Northeast State Community College, Belle Meadows Baptist College, and D&D School of Real Estate. He earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2007 and has received multiple industry awards, including Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Emerald, Centurion, and Quality Service Awards. Formerly a Century 21 agent, broker, and brokerage owner, Mike also held the Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE) designation. Licensed in both Tennessee and Virginia, he serves clients throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Mike. He was extremely attentive, responding to all our questions (and we had a lot of them) with timeliness and thoroughness.
