Inventory in Burlington has tightened in this rolling three-month view, with active listings down nearly 27% from a year ago and just 21 homes on the market. New listings have fallen even more sharply, dropping about 42% year over year, which is slowing the flow of fresh options. Pending sales and closed sales are also lower than last year, pointing to a cooler pace of contracts and completed deals.
