Cedar Crest’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows home values trending higher than a year ago, even as activity cools. The typical home value is up about 6 percent year over year, while the median list price has risen more than 10 percent. At the same time, homes sold and pending sales are down more than 20 percent from last year, signaling slower demand.
