Time on market has stretched, as the median days on market has climbed 73.17% year over year to 71 days and ticked up another 2.9% month over month, and about 28.68% of listings have seen a price drop. Compared with the Texas statewide typical home value of $334,000, Dallas County sits higher at $358,000, with the market gauge at 34 still signaling a seller’s market even as conditions rebalance.
