Buying, selling, and renting properties for years, we’ve used several real estate agents. However, Cory Morrison has proven to be exceptional. He rented our house for us, and we were so happy with his service, that we selected him again to list another house for sale. He is so attentive, professional, and knowledgable. We bought our house from Linda in 2011. She was exceptional in every way. Fourteen years later when we hoped to sell the house, so many things had changed. One thing hadn’t, Linda’s in-depth real estate perspective, laser focus and dedication.
Her son, who is also excellent, now works with her. They communicate VERY well which allows one to follow-up if the other is busy. Such band-width between the two!
Together, they guided us through pricing strategy, decluttering, picture taking, home showing, open houses and a rather difficult time to be in the market - April and May of 2025.
Linda and Cory helped us clear every bump in the road completing the sale of our home at the price we’d hoped and in a very timely manner.
