Sherman County had 2 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—up 21.43% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 17 active listings, 11.76% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Sherman County fell 23.86% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $167,500. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
