“We received exceptional service from Debra throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive to our questions, flexible in visiting homes the moment they appeared online, and fully understood how quickly properties were turning over. Despite a three-hour time zone difference, communication was seamless and timely, making the experience smooth and stress-free.”
“Lindsay made the buying process painless and simple to understand. We had gone to see so many houses in the Ruther Glen area with no luck. On the last house we saw, Lindsay decided to try out the townhomes in Pendleton. My husband and I fell in love and decided to move forward. We're definitely enjoying our new found freedom and commute to work now. Thanks Lindsay!”
“Wow.. where do I begin. I'm not one to leave reviews but I know someone somewhere might need as this type of service could make or break someone if they don't find the right realtor. Kim is simply awesome. If you need a real negotiator, you got Kim. Kim's attention to detail, communication, and dedication is impeccable. I trusted Kim throughout the entire process and at the end I now consider Kim as family. We hit a snag in process with the appraisal and Kim was immediately on it, reaching out to anyone possible late into the night. Within a few days, we were good to go, Kim has a trusted team and they're all genuinely helpful and go above and beyond. There's no doubt in my mind who is leading me through the next purchase. Kim sells and will get it done right!”
“Amy was a God-sent for us! At a time when the market was extremely unpredictable and slow, Amy from the beginning to end went above and beyond to keep us abreast of our options and strategies to keep us in the best position to sell. Amy's people approach and awareness of the need for constant and effective communication is a lost art today. Not only would we use Amy again, but would recommend her as our first choice to anyone looking to but or sell their home.”
“Corey is a great listener and extremely responsive. His confidence in the process gave me confidence in the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home and prefers a realtor with great industry experience.”
“She is very personable and professional. She guided me through a very tough decision. I appreciated her commitment to help me reach my goal.”
“Outstanding and professional service.”
“Kim is so great to work with. She takes the time to get to know you and listen to what you're looking for. She's really helpful in providing recommendations and strategies for buying or selling. She's also just a warm and encouraging person who clearly cares about her clients!”
“Barbie went above and beyond our expectations with the negotiation and sale of our home. She did an excellent job communicating with us as well as the buyer's agent. When we had an issue with the inspection of our house, she gave us several options on how to move forward with the sale. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her field. I would highly recommend Barbie Lee and Century 21 Redwood to all of my friends and family. Thank you, Barbie!”
“Laura was professional, she was personable. She answered all my questions. She was always available whenever I needed. She walked me through every process. I would highly recommend her. If I ever move back to Virginia, she will be the first person I call. This was the easiest home sale I have ever done thanks to her. I can't say enough good things about her.”
“Aaron Gilbert was a pleasure to work with. He sold our house in 3 days. He did things above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house.”
“Emilie was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect home.”
“Nealy was absolutely wonderful and we could not have completed the purchase without her. The homeowner's association was very hard to contact and she was persistent in pursuing them in order to address concerns we had with the homeowner's association. She was very diligent and kept us well informed along the way.”
“Sandra did everything she said she would be able to do. I found her very professional. We are a bit difficult to work with; we asked to have all papers signed in person. I would use Sandra in future sales. Thank you for this service.”
“Payton was awesome. On top of everything and very professional.”
