We found jack through an advertisement and were cautious. However, he is quiet, steady and thoughtful.

Originally, it was supposed to be a simple "pushing paper" so we could by our rental which had come on the market. However, due to a very difficult realtor on the seller side, the deal became difficult, collapsed, was reincarnated, and finally closed. Jack stood by us and was helpful throughout - even helping us look for other houses to buy, short term rentals when building became an option and even looking at builders.

He is not a "salesman" he is a trusted adviser who listened to our needs, and found multiple homes that fit. While looking at alternative to our original intent, he gave us honest assessments of the properties, which helped us make a good decision.

Jack will be my first call for all my real estate dealings - I recommend him to everyone!
