Wow.. where do I begin. I'm not one to leave reviews but I know someone somewhere might need as this type of service could make or break someone if they don't find the right realtor. Kim is simply awesome. If you need a real negotiator, you got Kim. Kim's attention to detail, communication, and dedication is impeccable. I trusted Kim throughout the entire process and at the end I now consider Kim as family. We hit a snag in process with the appraisal and Kim was immediately on it, reaching out to anyone possible late into the night. Within a few days, we were good to go, Kim has a trusted team and they're all genuinely helpful and go above and beyond. There's no doubt in my mind who is leading me through the next purchase. Kim sells and will get it done right!
